Ce nom n\u2019est que provisoire, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire il peut changer ou \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par un autre nom. De la part du sorcier de la tribu l\u2019enfant re\u00e7oit en outre un nom secret qui est son vrai et propre nom et connu seulement de lui. Personne ne peut toucher \u00e0 ce nom. Personne ne peut en faire un mauvais usage. Son vrai nom n\u2019appartient qu\u2019\u00e0 lui. L\u2019enfant indien re\u00e7oit aussi une pierre de la part du chamane. Si le sorcier meurt avant que l\u2019enfant ait appris son nom de sa part, le jeune indien se retire \u00e0 un endroit d\u00e9sert. Il reste \u00e0 cet endroit jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la pierre lui d\u00e9voile par un r\u00eave ou une autre r\u00e9v\u00e9lation son vrai nom. Dans beaucoup de ces pierres il y a des druses, ce sont des cavit\u00e9s avec des pierres pr\u00e9cieuses.
