\u00cen drum spre cas\u0103, m\u0103 apropiam de o trecere de pietoni.
Pe trotuar, pu\u021bin \u00eenaintea mea, mergea un pieton. M\u2011am oprit. \u00ce\u021bi dai seama deja cu c\u00e2\u021biva metri \u00eenainte ca o persoan\u0103 s\u0103 se opreasc\u0103 sau s\u0103 priveasc\u0103 \u00een jur, c\u0103 inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 traverseze strada. Cu pu\u021bin timp \u00eenainte, aceasta face o mic\u0103 mi\u0219care de rotire cu corpul sau cu capul, care anticipeaz\u0103 ac\u021biunea planificat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Observarea acestor micromi\u0219c\u0103ri ce anticipeaz\u0103 ac\u021biunea propriu\u2011zis\u0103 poate fi foarte util\u0103. \u00cen \u0219edin\u021be de lucru sau la seminare de exemplu, apare urm\u0103toarea situa\u021bie: conduc\u0103torul
\u00eent\u00e2lnirii spune c\u0103 are nevoie de un voluntar. Foarte mult timp nimeni nu se ofer\u0103. To\u021bi sper\u0103 s\u0103 fie altcineva care le\u2011o ia \u00eenainte.
Cel care, \u00een cele din urm\u0103, dup\u0103 multe \u00eencuraj\u0103ri, se ofer\u0103 este chiar acela care s\u2011a mi\u0219cat primul de la bun \u00eenceput: printr\u2011o discret\u0103 \u00eenclinare a p\u0103r\u021bii superioare a corpului, printr\u2011o mic\u0103 deschidere a gurii, printr\u2011o u\u0219oar\u0103 lovire a picioarelor unul de altul \u0219i o expira\u021bie ad\u00e2nc\u0103, prin orice gest care precede, \u00een registrul nonverbal, interven\u021bia verbal\u0103. Dac\u0103 vreau s\u0103 scutesc procesul de aceste minute enervante, \u00eentreb direct persoana care s\u2011a mi\u0219cat prima, imediat dup\u0103 ce am pus \u00eentrebarea legat\u0103 de voluntar, dac\u0103 nu dore\u0219te s\u0103 preia sarcina. Experien\u021ba arat\u0103 c\u0103 aceasta spune \u00eentotdeauna \u201eda\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n
