Next year, 2026, the Institute for Hypnosystemic Counseling (hsb) in Kaiserslautern will offer hypnosystemic therapy training based on Ericksonian hypnotherapy for the first time in English and online.

It comprises a total of 12 days over 6 weekends in 2026.

The training is extremely practical, with live therapy, demonstrations, numerous exercises, and supervision. It is aimed at people in medical, therapeutic, and counseling professions.

The training combines the approach of hypnotherapy pioneer Milton Erickson with therapeutic narrative techniques and systemic-constructivist techniques for clarifying goals and tasks, and client, resource, and solution orientation. The aim is to offer clinically sound seminars of the highest standard. This includes successfully applying numerous formal and informal induction techniques, even with “difficult” hypnotizees, to use therapeutic suggestion techniques flexibly and transfer them to new areas, to implement a high ethical standard of hypnosis with no side effects, to use hypnotic techniques in waking states, to work with a high level of rapport, to communicate therapeutically nonverbally and on several levels simultaneously, and to utilize the uniqueness of each therapeutic situation.
